About Me

At the heart of everything I do lies a commitment to ensuring the needs of children and young people remain paramount.

My proudest achievement has been building the children's emotional health charity, Free to Be Kids from the ground up, growing it over 9 years to become a significant player in the field, supporting over 1,300 young people with complex needs. You can read more about what I achieved there here.

I’m passionate about developing systems and processes that really make a difference for the children and young people they are designed to serve - striking a crucial balance between robust risk management and services that feel warm, compassionate and have real human connection at their heart.

I bring a practical and collaborative approach to the work I undertake. Having worked with charities of all sizes and stages, I'm comfortable tackling challenges big and small – whether it's managing complex projects, providing short-term support to resource-stretched teams or crafting compelling impact reports for funders. My focus is on building strong relationships and understanding the specific needs of the client group you’re working to serve, allowing me to deliver effective solutions quickly.
